Engagement Stakeholders

Draxos comprises and operationalizes involvement strategies for interested internal and external stakeholders, through critical environmental education and educational communication tools. Thus, community relations, conflict mediation and materiality analysis are imbued with pedagogical intent, backed by legal instruments such as the Federal Constitution (art. 225, § 1st, VI), Law N. 6.938 / 81 (establishes the National Policy on Environment) Law N. 9.795/99 (establishes the National Policy of Environmental Education), IN 02/2012, among others.

Based on an extensive and contextualized diagnosis of the organizational culture, it is possible to elaborate Programs and / or Educational Activities that meet the needs and specifications of our clients and partners, with the aim of developing dialogue routes and awareness of the parties involved and cable of reflecting a change in individual and collective attitudes regarding processes, products, services and corporate environment as a whole. Draxos develops teaching materials; educational content defines and develops participatory methodologies that will support different educational activities.

Diagnosis of Environmental Perception

The study of the environmental perception of a particular social group provides an insight as to the different ways individuals understand and value the environment. Implemented within a company's workforce it serves as a guiding tool for environmental programs and educational campaigns. In turn, if directed towards the surrounding communities, it enables the construction of a matrix of the affected and concerned parties, which is key for analyzing the strategies for addressing the population, for identifying opportunities and possible interferences, as well as for identifying partnership opportunities for implementing actions for the socio-environmental responsibility of the business.

Internal Program of Environmental Education

Implementing educational strategies within the corporate environment actually means consolidating a preventive environmental culture and strengthening citizen participation. This occurs due to the fact that the program seeks to instill within the workforce, a critical insight into the socio-environmental reality - in which the understanding of the environment in its historical, social, cultural and political dimensions is deemed absolutely crucial. The implementation of the Program consists of a teaching and learning process that utilizes the study of themes that generate meetings, lectures, workshops, and information campaigns. The actions that make up this program may be limited to employees and third parties, or include the neighboring communities.

Workshops and Trainings

Educational meetings that use a variety of teaching resources such as case studies and inspection of production units simulations, aiming to equip participants to identify environmental aspects / impacts and emergency scenarios associated with their activities and reflect on the relationship between society and enterprise. The frequency and workload of the meetings are defined considering the needs of the target audience and the desired focus.

Qualification of Environmental Multipliers

Series of actions put into effect with the objective of identifying and empowering key people who could act as multipliers of the educational-environmental proposal within the workplace. In order to do so, it is necessary to develop an action plan and establish a strong partnership with these leaders in order for them to act as vectors of dissemination of the environmental policy and of a culture that prioritizes the prevention of pollution.

Participation in SIPAT and SMS events

SIPAT -The Internal Week for the Prevention of Accidents at work, is mandatory as per subparagraph 0, item 5.16 of Regulatory Norm 5, Ordinance of the Ministry of Labor and Employment DSST N. 8/99. Draxos develops lectures and customized recreational activities in accordance to the week's theme or subjects addressed by CIPA. Draxos technical team is also able to suggest topics and strategies for events related to the environment, occupational health and quality of life.
